Privacy Policy

This explains what Temvanta Technology (“we”) collects when you use Testflock, why, and what you can do about it. It’s written to be read, not just filed — if anything is unclear, email us (address at the bottom).
The short version
We never collect a password or login credential for your Google, Apple, or email account — only the email address tied to it. We collect what’s needed to match testers with developers and to pay testers who earn rewards, and nothing more.

Who we share it with
- Developers see the store email, country, languages, and device list of testers accepted onto their app — that’s the whole point of the Service.
- Paystack processes listing-fee payments; we send them your email and the amount, nothing else.
- Brevo sends transactional emails (confirmations, password resets, payout notices) on our behalf.
- We don’t sell personal data, and don’t share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after for accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes. Ask us to delete your account (contact below) and we’ll remove what we’re not legally required to retain (e.g. financial records tied to a completed payout).
Your rights
You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data at any time from your profile page or by contacting us. If you’re in Nigeria, this is consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023; we aim to respond to requests within a reasonable time.
Security
Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), never stored in plain text. Email-confirmation and password-reset links use single-use, hashed tokens. We restrict who inside Testflock can see tester and payment data to what their role needs.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top when this changes, and post material changes prominently before they take effect.
