Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Testflock (“the Service”), operated by Temvanta Technology (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What Testflock is

Testflock connects app developers who need closed/internal testers for Google Play or Apple TestFlight with people willing to test those apps. Developers post apps and review applicants; testers apply, get added to the developer’s test track, and (where a paid campaign is running) can earn money for logging test days.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Google or Apple. We don’t operate Play Console or App Store Connect and can’t guarantee a developer will add you as a tester, that an app will be published, or that a store will approve it.

2. The one rule that matters: no passwords

Testflock never asks for, transmits, or stores a password or login credential for your Google account, Apple ID, or email account. The only thing we collect is the email address tied to those accounts, so a developer can add it as a tester in Play Console or App Store Connect. Anyone claiming to represent Testflock and asking for a password isn’t us — please report it.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to receive testing rewards you wouldn’t otherwise qualify for is prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balances.
• You’re responsible for keeping your Testflock password confidential and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, fake testing evidence, or violating these Terms — see §7.

4. Developers & the listing fee

• Listing an app for testing costs a one-time fee (currently ₦20,000, plus payment-processor charges shown before you pay), charged through Paystack.
• The fee covers listing and matching only. It doesn’t guarantee any number of applicants, that testers will complete testing, or that your app will pass store review.
• Listing fees are generally non-refundable once your app is live to testers. If we take your app down for a Terms violation, no refund is owed.
• You confirm you have the right to list the app and to invite the store account email addresses you receive as testers.
• If you fund a paid-testing campaign, that budget belongs to your testers once earned — see §5.

5. Testers, paid testing & payouts

• Paid testing is currently available to testers based in Nigeria, for apps whose developer has funded a campaign. Rewards are per test-day logged (with a description of what you checked), not per rating, review, or opinion.
• Your wallet balance is earned rewards, not a stored-value account — it isn’t interest-bearing and can’t be transferred to another user.
• Payout requests carry a flat withdrawal fee (currently ₦50), shown before you confirm. Payouts are transferred manually to the bank details on your profile — keep them accurate; we’re not responsible for a payout sent to details you entered incorrectly.
• We may decline to credit, or reverse a credit for, a test day we reasonably believe is fabricated, duplicated, or copy-pasted across accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, copy-pasted, or AI-generated testing notes to collect rewards you didn’t earn;
• List an app you don’t have the right to list, or misrepresent what it does;
• Attempt to collect a password or credential from another user under any circumstance;
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service, or try to bypass rate limits or fraud checks;
• Use the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, including for fraud signals we can’t otherwise resolve. A suspended account can’t sign in. Where we suspend for cause, we may withhold unpaid wallet balances tied to the violation pending review; we won’t withhold balances unrelated to it.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tester or developer will act in good faith — we provide tools for matching and payment, not a guarantee of outcome. To the fullest extent the law allows, Temvanta Technology isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We’ll update the date at the top; continuing to use Testflock after a change means you accept the update.
